    Delivery Policy

    Zarie will do our best to deliver your purchase as quickly and safely as possible.

    We offer standard delivery service that normally requires signature and include tracking ability. Zarie delivers to residential and commercial address which does not include P.O. boxes and other locales.

    Your order will be packed and dispatched provided we have available stock, the address has been checked and payment approved. Once these are completed, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent together with an expected delivery date, typically ranging from 5 to 15 business days depending on location.

    Zarie offers free standard shipping on all orders in Hong Kong & Macau and on international orders equal or above HK$900 (approx USD$115).

    If you refuse a shipment from Zarie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Zarie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please note that delivery fees are nonrefundable and risk of loss passes to the recipient once we deliver your order to the carrier.

    Important Customs Information

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance charges. Zarie is not responsible and has no control over these charges.

    Your purchase may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, Zarie is happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. We require that you return the item/s in its original, new condition with all labels and packaging attached. All returns and exchanges MUST be shipped via traceable mail.

    We ask that you message us on our Facebook page at the earliest possible moment to inform us of your return or exchange order details including reference code together with any mail tracking information.

    Please note that Zarie reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used, washed, worn or damaged. Returns on pieces that are damaged, soiled or without their original hang tags and packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange an item/s if the 10 day return period has expired.

    Zarie will not refund the price of postage. Customs duties and sales taxes are also nonrefundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Zarie cannot be held responsible to returning items that are misplaced or damaged in the return transit.
